Treatment Overview

A rejuvenating, tailored treatment to restore energy balance for optimal health and wellbeing. After an initial consultation, I work from the crown of the head down to the feet gently placing my hands on or just above the body. I cover the major chakras (energy centres) and organs to address imbalances. I work intuitively with the intention of channeling the Reiki energy to the areas where it is needed most. Reiki may be experienced as mild tingling, warmth, coolness, or other sensations, such as colours or images. The treatment brings deep relaxation, supporting clients to rest, recharge and heal.
