If you prefer to use your own bed or sofa, that works perfectly too. Following a brief consultation, I work gently on pressure points across both feet that correspond to organs, glands and systems throughout your body. Most clients find it deeply relaxing, with many reporting improved sleep, less tension and a renewed sense of wellbeing. Reflexology suits most people, though it's not recommended following recent surgery or during early pregnancy. Hand reflexology is often available as an alternative.
