Treatment Overview

A rejuvenating, tailored treatment for anyone feeling stressed, tired, or simply wanting to support their health and wellbeing. Following a consultation, I gently work both feet to stimulate key organs, glands, muscles and nerves within the body. This boosts energy flow and circulation as vitality and wellbeing is restored. Please note, there are some contraindications to treatment, including skin infections, recent surgery, deep vein thrombosis or early pregnancy. Hand reflexology may be used as an alternative.
